Medium vine habit, maturing in approximately 94 days. It is tolerant to halo blight and bacterial wilt. The seed appears not to be colored by common blight. Emerson is resistant to BCMV 1 and 15 but susceptible to CTV. The pods stripe at maturity. Emerson responds well to good fertility and care. It is very large seeded. Kelley Bean Co Inc has exclusive rights to this seed.
